Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an approach to resolving personal obstacles preventing you from moving forward. As a life coach, I utilize evidence-based tools to help those with depression, anxiety, anger, relationship concerns as well as goal achievement. My certification is same training that psychologists and therapists utilize.

I've trained under one of the world's top CBT authority, Dr. David Burns, who developed TEAM-CBT. This approach focuses on measurable results rather than the old approach of only talking with no direction or resolution. TEAM stands for Testing, Empathy, Agenda Setting and Methods. This combination provides relief from feeling stuck or feeling the pain of depression, anxiety and other disorders that paralyze your life. Each meeting, I'm utilizing these tools so clients can see measurable progress and identify areas where there is no progress.

Free Group Classes

For ages 12-20 years

This is an online Google Meet session led by an experienced facilitator. Groups are no larger than 10 participants and the time is interactive and engaging. There is homework. Youth can choose from the following 4 topics:

--Emotional Resilience
--Personal Finances
--Education for Better Work
--Starting and Growing My Own Business

*The manuals used for these courses are Christian-based, but participants do not need to be Christian to enjoy and facilitators will not emphasize that aspect of the manuals.

One-on-One

one-on-one sessions?

I offer a starting package of 4 hours for $320. The first session can be a 2-hour session to gain momentum and the following will be 1-hour sessions. After the 4-hour package, subsequent sessions are $95/hour. This is a savings from traditional therapy but still utilizing the same tools a psychologist or therapist would utilize in CBT.
